Abstract:In this paper, characteristics of blockchain technology have been studied, such as decentralization, information traceability, and non tampering. Comparing with actual problems in real estate registration, advantages of blockchain technology in the aspects of data reliability, traceability and department mutual trust have been analyzed. Combining with the application scenarios of business processing, license and data management of real estate registration, the mechanism innovation and technological breakthrough brought by blockchain technology to real estate registration have been introduced. The prospect of real estate registration under the framework of blockchain in the future has been put forward as well.
