通过低效工业用地界定，以临邑县工业用地认定调查为基础，建立县域低效用地认定标准体系和县级工业用地管理系统，通过分析工业用地低效现状，提出区域低效土地再开发策略，为政府建立差别化税收和产业用地调控决策提供数据支撑。

Abstract:

Through the definition of inefficient industrial land, based on the investigation of industrial land identification in Linyi county, the county low efficiency land identification standard system and county-level industrial land management system have been established. Through analysis on current situation of low efficiency industrial land, regional inefficient land redevelopment strategy have been put forward. It will provide data support for the government to establish differential taxation and industrial land regulation and control decision.
