Abstract:In the construction of smart Weifang spatiotemporal big data and cloud platform, it is necessary to store historical topographic map data into database. Comparing with traditional manual data storage method of topographic map, the method of modeling the data processing process based on ArcGIS Model Builder technology has great advantages in the operation. By using this tool, the automatic processing models of houses, elevation points, control points and other features are created. The automatic processing of various topographic map elements is realized, the traditional operation flow of topographic map storage is simplified, and the data processing efficiency is improved. Taking historical topographic map of Weifang city as an example, it is verified that the method can effectively improve the data production efficiency while ensuring the data quality. It provides practical operation ideas and implementation tools for the production and storage of historical topographic map data, and can provide references for the storage of historical topographic map data in other regions.
