Abstract:Regarding eight kinds of heavy metal elements in the surface soil of Zhangqiu district in Ji'nan city as the research objects, source analysis of heavy metals has been carried out by using multivariate statistics, and the pollution has been evaluated by using the pollution load index method and potential ecological hazard index. It is showed that the contents of heavy metal elements in the surface soil of the study area are lower than the background value of Jinan city, and the contents of Cd and Hg are intensity variation. The contents of heavy metals are different under different land use types. Cr, Cu, Ni and Zn in soil are derived from soil parent material, Cd and Pb are from human activities, and As is from complex sources. The pollution degree of heavy metal elements is AsCd>As>Cu>Pb>Ni>Cr>Zn. It is suggested to prevent the pollution of Hg and Cd and ecological risks.
