Abstract:The coastal area in Shandong province has a highly developed economy. In recent years, accompanying with the acceleration industrialization and economic development, organic pollution of groundwater has been becoming increasingly serious. In this paper, the detection, types, distribution characteristics and sources of organic pollutants in groundwater have been analyzed according to the data of 1367 groups of groundwater organic pollution test samples in the study area. It is showed that the matter of groundwater pollution of organic in Shandong coastal area is serious, the detection rate of organic is 39.3%. Loose rocks pore water has the highest detection rate which is up to 49.3%. From the aspect of the plane distribution of organic pollution, the Yellow River Delta, Shouguang vegetable planting area, the top of Mihe alluvial diluvial fan and the chemical enterprise intensive areas on both sides of Xiaoqing River are widely distributed. Among this areas, the Yellow River Delta has the widest distribution of organic pollutants. It mainly originates from the scattered oil pollution of Shengli oilfield, the pollution of deep pore water in Shouguang area is the most serious, which is mainly caused by pesticide pollution and over exploitation of groundwater. The distribution of organic pollution is highly related to human activities.
