    摘要:

    随着山东省工业化进程的加快发展,矿产的开发存在一系列问题,尤其监管科技手段不高,为了解决以上问题,山东省自然资源厅启动了山东省矿产资源网格化监管系统的建设,综合运用地理信息系统(简称GIS)、物联网、三维仿真、视频监控等技术,构建了省、市、县、矿山四级互联互通的网格化监管体系,针对全省露天开采矿山、重点地下开采矿山和卤水等液体矿山等矿产资源进行人员定位、视频、产量、流量等实时化、动态化监管,建立了全省矿产资源开发利用“天上看、地上查、地下控、网上管”的立体监管格局,增强监督管理水平、有效抑制非法违法开采行为。

    Abstract:

    Accompanying with the accelerated development of the industrialization process in Shandong province, a series of problems occurred in the development of mineral resources, especially the supervision technology is not high. In order to solve the above problems, the construction of the mineral resources grid supervision system has been carried out by Shandong Department of Natural Resources. By using geographic information system (GIS), internet of things, 3D simulation, video surveillance and other technologies, a grid-level supervision system for the interconnection of provinces, cities, counties and mines have been built. Aiming to open-pit mining mines, key underground mining mines and other liquid mines, real-time and dynamic supervision of personnel positioning, video, output, and flow have been carried out, and a three-dimensional supervision pattern as “on the sky, on the ground, underground control, and online management”for the development and utilization of mineral resources has been established. It can strengthen supervision and management level, and stop llegal mining effectively.
