Abstract:391 hidden dangers of geological hazards have been identified in Linyi city in 2016, including collapse, landslide, debris flow, goaf collapse and Karst collapse, followed by goaf collapse and karst collapse. The scale of geological disasters is mainly small. The background conditions of geological environment in Linyi city, and present development conditions and distribution characteristics of various geological disasters have been introduced in detail in this paper. On these basis, by using comprehensive risk Index method of geological hazards, the vulnerability of geological hazards has been evaluate. By using raster data processing method, 1350 units with equal area have been divided . Geological conditions, landform and the landform conditions, climatic and vegetation conditions, hidden danger points of geological disasters, scale of geological disasters, distribution density, activity frequency, dangerous condition and dangerous case have been quantified. According to actual situation, the classification of the vulnerability of geological disasters has been modified qualitatively, and the vulnerability of geological disasters in Linyi city has been divided into four areas. They are high prone area, middle prone area, low prone area and low prone area. The development trend of geological disasters has been predicted, and the prevention and control zoning of geological hazards has been divided. It is suggested that early warning and forecasting system of geological disasters should be improved. It will provide background information of geological disasters for the emergency rescue of geological hazards of the Emergency Management Bureau of Linyi city.
