Abstract:The efficient use of industrial land is the premise of urban sustainable development, while the new industrialization road is the best way for sustainable development. Accompanying with rapid development of industrial economy, the problem of inefficient land use and environmental pollution has become more serious. Based on DEA method, the evaluation index system is set up from the perspectives of environment-economy and input-output. Taking Hunan province as an example, by using four rounds data form 2013 to 2016, the efficiency of industrial land use in the study area has been calculated. The spatial distribution of industrial land use efficiency in 2013 and 2016 has been analyzed by ArcGIS10.2. As showed by the result, the efficiency of industrial land use in Hunan province is high, and it has a rising trend. The efficiency of industrial land use varies greatly between different cities. There are obvious differences in the efficiency of industrial land use in spatially. The efficiency of industrial land use gradually form a coordinated development model. The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of most cities are not synchronized, so it is necessary to explore the stable development model. Combining with industrial types, the adjustment of industrial structure is a supplement and a trend to study industrial land use efficiency.
