基于盐碱地改良的生态循环共生模式构建与示范——以黄河三角洲地区为例

Construction and Demonstration of Ecocycle Symbiosis Model Based on Salinealkali Land Improvement——Settting the Yellow River Delta Area as an Example

黄河三角洲地区地处黄蓝两大国家战略重叠地带，拥有未利用地30.13万hm2，地理位置优越，后备土地资源充足，为区域共生经济体的产生和发展提供了良好的发展空间。该文立足于黄河三角洲地区盐碱地开发利用的各种经济体，分析了盐碱地开发利用现状及农业产业开发利用存在的典型问题，构建起了3个循环单体：以种养废弃物的资源化循环利用为核心的农业“碳”循环共生模式；以网络、科技为基础的现代农业科技信息循环共生模式；以新型农业融资渠道为动力的农业资金循环共生模式。结合实践案例，探讨了以3个循环单体为基础建立黄河三角洲生态循环共生模式，以期在全国范围内逐步形成一个“可循环，可复制”的新型农业产业模式，助推绿色产业健康发展。

Abstract:

The Yellow River Delta locates in the national YellowBlue strategic overlapping zone. It has unused land of 301300hm2. The superior geographical position and abundant reserve land resources provide a good development space for the emergence and development of regional symbiotic economies. Based on various economies in the development and utilization of salinealkali land in the Yellow River Delta, the current situation of the development and utilization of salinealkali land and typical problems existing in the development and utilization of agricultural industry have been analyzed, three cyclic monomers have been constructed, they are agricultural "carbon" cyclic symbiosis mode with the recycling of crop and culture wastes as the core; modern agricultural science and technology information cycling based on network and science and technology, and agricultural capital circulation symbiosis model driven by new agricultural financing channels. Combining with practical cases, the establishment of ecological cycle symbiosis model in the Yellow River Delta based on three recycling units has been constructed in view to gradually form a new agricultural industry model of "recyclable and replicable" in the whole country and promote the healthy development of green industry.
