    基于农用地分等定级成果,以山东省夏津县为例,借助GIS技术和地学统计方法研究耕地质量监测区的划定以及监测样点的布设。研究结果表明:利用ArcGIS空间分析功能,叠加自然质量分区、利用水平分区、经济水平分区、土地利用特征分区,在不打破原有行政村界的基础上进行调整,夏津县共划分出21个耕地质量监测区;依据监测区面积分配比例,综合考虑自然质量等控制区、利用等值区、经济等值区、土地利用分区和监测样点覆盖全面性等因素对理论监测样点布设位置及数量进行了修整,夏津县耕地质量等级监测分区范围内共布设监测样点36个。研究结果对政府相关部门开展耕地监测与保护工作具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Based on the grading results of agricultural land classification, setting Xiajin county in Shandong province as an example, the delineation of cultivated land quality monitoring area and the layout of monitoring samples by means of GIS technology and geostatistics have been studied. It is showed that by using ArcGIS spatial analysis function, superimposing natural quality zoning, using horizontal zoning, economic horizontal zoning and land use characteristics zoning, and adjusting without breaking the original administrative village boundary, 21 arable land quality monitoring areas have been classified in Xiajin county. According to distribution ratio of the monitoring area, comprehensive consideration of natural quality and other control areas, utilization of equivalent areas, economic equivalent areas, land use zoning and comprehensive coverage of monitoring samples, the location and quantity of the monitoring sample layout have been adjusted, and 36 monitoring samples have been arranged within the monitoring area of the cultivated land quality level in Xiajin county. The research results will provide certain reference value for relevant government departments to carry out the monitoring and protection of cultivated land.
