Abstract:Accompanying with the maturity of information technology, "Internet +" has caused great influence and change to all walks of life. Especially in the area of government services, the construction of online websites not only facilitates citizen 'political questioning, but also improves the quality of service. Under the situation of "Internet + government services", the government's service is more comprehensive, online and offline more closely, and the interaction between the government and the people is more frequent. Combining with the functions of natural resources management department, information service should be strengthened in the construction of portal website, internal information fusion and information sharing among departments should be strengthened, service efficiency should be improved, and mobile development should be emphasized.
