Abstract:Mobile forms of elements is one of the most widely used method in five deeppenetrating geochemical techniques. It is a method to find concealed deposit through extracting weak concealed information of mobile forms of elements in a certain depth of soil surface. It belongs to a direct ore prospecting method through information. At present, standardization of this method is not high. In order to apply mobile forms of copper element in geological prospecting, sequential extraction conditions of four mobile phases of copper element (water extraction phase, clay adsorbed phase, organic chain contact phase, iron and manganese oxide phase) and ICPAES measurement techniques have been studied, including sampling depth, grain size analysis of samples , sample storage time, the extraction conditions and the measured interference. Through improvement of extraction processing methods of mobile forms of copper element, analysis speed and accuracy have been improved. Through experimental data, detection limits and precision of each phase is RSD (n=10), water extraction phase is 0.079mg/L and 13.90%~22.49%, clay adsorbed phase is 0.275mg/L and 11.99%~23.29 %; organic contact phase is 0.362mg/L and 10.70%~57.27%; iron and manganese oxide phase is 0.230 mg/L, 17.83%~38.61%. The method is convenient to operate and the precision is better. This method is applied in field prospecting experiment of Beilou concealed copper deposit. It is showed that integrated anomaly circled by using detection results are confirm with Horizontal projection of actual ore bodies, and achieved a satisfied test result. This method can be applied in different geological landscape areas.
