    摘要:

    结合济宁城区地面沉降实际情况,在充分考虑实时监测、精细监测和应急统测需求的基础上,设计了包含监测站、水准监测网以及GNSS监测网在内的地面沉降监测系统。提出了地面沉降多功能一体化监测站建设方案,将数据中心、监测标组、地下水监测、GNSS连续运行(基岩)基准站、科普宣传、安防等功能进行综合配套建设,可以在场地、设备、电力网络和基础设施等方面实现共享利用,大大提高了地面沉降监测设施的利用效率。监测标组包含基岩标、分层标、水位观测孔、孔隙水压力观测孔以及数据采集设备。为了便于数据的采集、接收、存储、处理和展示,以“数据中心+监测站”模式,在服务器上建立综合性地面沉降监测管理系统。充分利用监测设施实物、宣传片、展板等开展地面沉降防治科普宣传教育活动。在济宁城区范围内,利用水准点和GNSS监测点,构建地面沉降监测网络。

    Abstract:

    Combining with actual situation of ground subsidence in Jining urban area, on the basis of fully considering the needs of realtime monitoring, fine monitoring and emergency monitoring, a land subsidence monitoring system, including monitoring station, leveling monitoring network and GNSS monitoring network has been designed. The construction scheme of multifunctional integrated monitoring station for ground subsidence has been put forward. The data center, monitoring standard group, groundwater monitoring, GNSS continuous operation (bedrock) reference station, popular science publicity, security and other functions are integrated. It can be shared and utilized in the fields of site, equipment, power network and infrastructure, which will greatly improve the utilization efficiency of land subsidence monitoring facilities. The monitoring standard group includes bench mark, delamination mark, water level observation hole, pore water pressure observation hole and data acquisition equipment. In order to facilitate the collection, reception, storage, processing and display of data, a comprehensive land subsidence monitoring and management system has been established on the server in the mode of "data center + monitoring station". Monitoring facilities, publicity films, exhibition boards and other activities should be fully used to carry out popular science publicity and education activities of land subsidence prevention and control. Within the scope of the districts in Jining city, land subsidence monitoring network is constructed by using leveling points and GNSS monitoring points.
