Abstract:Ji'nan city is located in the southeast edge of land subsidence area of the North China plain. The investigation and prevention of land subsidence started relatively late, but the Ji'nan Municipal people's Government and Ji'nan Bureau of Land and Resources attaches great importance to the prevention and control of land subsidence. "Measures for the Management of Geological Hazards in Ji'nan City" was issued by No. 243 of Ji'nan Municipal Government on May 19th in 2011. Land subsidence is regarded as one of the geological disasters that are the key prevention and control of Ji'nan city. On 11 July, 2017, the Ji'nan Municipal people's Government approved "the Plan for the Prevention and Control of Land subsidence in Ji'nan (2016—202)" with the word "Ji Zheng Zi" (2017) 43. The target and task of land subsidence prevention and control in Ji'nan city have been definited, and prevention and control of land subsidence has been arranged. At present, the investigation and evaluation of land subsidence in the northern plain area have been completed, and the GPS monitoring points of the bedrock starting points and the GPS monitoring piers, monitoring the marking stones, the secondary leveling lines, stratified marks, ground subsidence monitoring network based on the groundwater monitoring holes have been established.Basic data of the ground subsidence monitoring has been obtained, the blank of the ground subsidence work in Ji'nan city has been filled, and the foundation for the construction of the land subsidence monitoring and warning system in the future has been laid.
