Abstract:As the central area of of urban industrial concentration and industrial agglomeration area, the development zone has gradually become an engine for regional development and even larger regional economic growth. During the process of rapid expansion, problems occurred in industrial land use in the development zone are also becoming more and more prominent. Based on the DEA method, basic model of land use efficiency evaluation in the Development Zone has been set up. Taking 4 typical development zones of Linyi as an example, by using three rounds data in 2009, 2011 and 2013, the efficiency of industrial land use in the research area has been calculated. As showed by the result, the efficiency of industrial land use in typical development zones of Linyi is low, but the efficiency of industrial land use has a rising trend. The efficiency of industrial land use varies greatly among the development zones, and the difference of land efficiency between different enterprises is also large. Through evaluation of industrial land efficiency, it is revealed that the imbalance occurred between industrial land use and other factors of production in the Development Zone, the initiative and foresight of the industrial land use are lack, and the lack of effective dynamic supervision on inefficient land use. In view of the above problems, Some suggestions for enhancing the efficiency of industrial land in the development zone have been put forward.
