Abstract:The development of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone has become the development strategy of our country. The groundwater vulnerability assessment reflects the possibility of groundwater pollution, which can provide scientific basis for land use planning, groundwater resources protection planning, groundwater quality monitoring and so on. In this paper, the evaluation method of DRASTIC is used to evaluate the groundwater vulnerability to pollution in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone. In the process of evaluation, seven indicators have been selected, they are groundwater depth, recharge, aquifer media, soil media, topography, impact of the vadose zone and conductivity. Through assignment of every index and determination of the weight of each index, vulnerability level has been divided. It is showed that the study area can be divided into five zones according to the vulnerability classification standards, namely poor antifouling area, low antifouling area, medium area, good antifouling, high antifouling area, which accounted for 0.13%, 9.74%, 39.76%, 40.71% and 9.66% of the total area. The evaluation result of the model is objective and scientific. It can effectively serve the planning department and the groundwater resources management department.
