2016年，不动产统一登记正式实施，不动产要素数据和属性的复杂性对空间地理信息提出了更高的要求。传统二维地理信息数据仅仅是平面的数据，无法实现对三维空间管理的需要。倾斜摄影测量是近年来发展十分迅速的一项高新测绘技术，能够以大范围、高精度、高清晰的方式全面感知复杂场景，获取高分辨率的数字地面模型、逼真的真正射影像和精细的真三维城市模型等测量产品，其中，精细化的三维模型作为城市地理空间框架的重要新型数据，为城市规划、建设、管理和信息化提供三维空间环境，更能反映真实的现实世界，目前已在许多行业得到应用。将该模型应用于不动产统一登记，对于实施三维不动产登记管理，提高不动产空间管理的能力具有重要意义。

Abstract:

In 2016, the unified registration of real estate was formally implemented. Due to the complexity of the data and attributes of real estate elements, higher requirements have been put forward for geospatial information. Traditional two dimensional geographic information data is only plane data, which can not meet the needs of three dimensional space management. Tilt photogrammetry is a new mapping technology which have been developed rapidly in recent years. It can feel complex scenes comprehensively in large range, high precision, high clear form, get real projective digital terrain model, high resolution and fine realistic image of true 3D model measurement products. Among them, as an important data model city geo spatial framework, the refinement of 3D model can provide a threedimensional environment for city planning, construction, management and information technology. It can better reflect the reality of the real world. It has been applied in many industries. The model is applied to real estate unified registration, which is of great significance for the implementation of threedimensional real estate registration management and the ability to improve the management of real estate space.
