Abstract:Deep gold deposits in Guilaizhuang area in Pingyi county of Shandong Province are controlled by F1 fault and Mesozoic hidden breccia rocks. It occurrs in No.Ⅰstructural alteration zone and belongs to low temperature hydrothermal explosive breccia type. Based on the study of geological characteristics, ore body characteristics, ore quality, ore type, surrounding rock alteration, prospecting and deposit genesogenesis, basic mineralization regularity of this area has been summarized. It is regarded that F1 fault is a structural faulted breccia alteration zone. It not only controls the ore bodies, but also occurrs ore bodies. The distribution of gold ore bodies and the enrichment of gold are closely related to explosive breccia rocks. The ore body has the tendy to southward generally, and the lateral extension is longer than inclination extension. Lateral volatiles may still appear again in the deep enrichment zone. It has a good prospecting potential and a certain resource potential.
