Abstract:Accompanying with continuous development of mineral exploration in our country, surface mine, shallow mine, and easy to identify minerals are decreasing. Exploration of mineral resources is changing to search for hidden ore, deep or and difficult to identify ores. Therefore, the study on deep geological exploration is of great significance. By using controlled source audio frequency magnetotelluric sounding (CSAMT) and spectrum sounding (SIP) method, deep anomalies in Liuxianzhuang area of Zhaoyuan city have been explored. Two geophysical profiles have been laid respectively, they are No.108 and No.132 exploration line profiles. Through CSAMT and SIP measurements, the occurrence of Zhaoyuan-Pingdu fault belt has been determined roughly. Comparing CSAMT measurement results of two profiles, position and the corresponding relationship between the two profiles in the region of Zhaoyuan-Pingdu fault along the occurrence and downward have been generally identified. Three high polarization anomaly areas have been circled. In this work, the advantages of geophysical exploration have been played well. The effectiveness of geophysical prospecting methods in deep prospecting has been verified, existing problems have been summarized, and a reliable basis for the next step of geological exploration has been put forward.
