基于基础测绘数字线划图成果的地理国情普查数据转换方法研究

Research on the Data Conversion Method Based on the Geographical Situation of the Basic Surveying and Mapping Results

摘要:

地理国情是重要的基本国情, 是从地理的角度分析、研究和描述国情，是国家制定发展战略和政策的依据；经过多年积累，基础测绘已经形成了较丰富的基础地理信息成果，特别是数字线划图的精度、现势性和覆盖范围都得到了较大的提升。将基础测绘数字线划图成果中符合地理国情普查技术要求的相关信息提取出来用于地理国情普查数据生产，可以减少地理国情普查数据生产的各种成本，提高生产效率。该文介绍了从基础测绘数字线划图成果数据中提取符合地理国情普查技术要求的基础数据的基本技术流程和实现方法，同时在商业软件的基础上进行了二次开发，研制了2种数据的转换软件，通过实践均取得了较好的效果，并在多家地理国情普查数据生产单位进行了推广应用，提高了地理国情普查数据生产效率。

Abstract:

Geographical conditions are important basic conditions, are analyzed and described the situation from the perspective of geography, are the national development strategy and policy basis. After many years of accumulation, the basic surveying has formed abundant achievements on mapping geographic information , especially the accuracy of the DLG, currency and coverage are greatly improved. The basic surveying and mapping DLG results in information technology requirements in accordance with the relevant census geographic conditions are extracted for geography census data production, which can reduce the cost of various geographical conditions census data production, improve production efficiency. This paper introduces the basic surveying and mapping digital line basic technical process based data requirements census geographic conditions, technology and implementation method of the data extraction in line with the achievements, at the same time redevelops based on commercial software and develops a two data conversion software.. which has achieved good results in practice. Moreover, it is applicatied in several geographical conditions census data production units, and then it improves the production efficiency of the national census geography data.
