康定县三碉金矿开发对生态环境的影响及相关建议

Effects and Related Suggestions of Ecological Environment on the Development of Sandiao Gold Deposit in Kangding Area

摘要:

矿业是康定县的六大支柱产业之一，矿业开发是推进康定藏区“跨越发展、长治久安”，实现“三步走”战略目标的需要；是增加农牧民收入，改善民生的需要；是建设优势矿产品深加工基地，保障国家急需矿产品供给的需要。三碉金矿的开发是一把双刃剑，一方面为康定矿业的发展注入了新鲜的血液，是其他产业的发展基础和带动力，另一方面又制约着其他产业的发展，在开发过程中，也带来了诸如破坏植被、诱发地质灾害、损坏道路等一系列生态环境问题。该次研究从生态环境的角度出发，指出了三碉金矿开发存在的相关问题，并分析其产生的原因，最后给出几点建议。

Abstract:

Mining is one of the six pillar industries in Kangding county. Mining development can promote "leapfrog development and long-term stability" in Tibetan area in Kangding county, and realize the strategic target of " three steps to walk ". It can increase the income of farmers and herdsmen, improve the people's livelihood, gurantee the construction of dominant mineral products deep processing base, and meet the supply of mineral products. Development of Sandiao gold deposit not only can injected fresh blood for the development of mining industry in Kangding county, but also are driving force of the development of other industries. It also restricts the development of other industries. In the development process, a series of ecological environment problems have been caused, such as the destruction of vegetation, induced geological hazards and damage to roads. From the view of ecological environment, related problems casued in the exploration of Sandiao gold deposit have been pointed out, the reasons casued these problems have been analyzed, and relative countermeasures have been put forward.
