Abstract:An evaluating method is proposed to the partition of susceptible area of Dezhou city in Huabei plain based on the matter element model as deduced from the theories of extenics. Using the susceptible degree, classification criteria and influencing factors of land subsidence, the elements in classical and sectorized field are defined, whereby an extensionevaluating model is developed for comprehensive evaluation of the classification of susceptible degree of land subsidence by the correlation function of matter elements and extension sets. The analytic hierarchy process methodology for calculating weight aggregation of evaluating factors is proposed. All region are divided into 135 grids using the square(2km×2km), then the split unit is transformed into surface element after equivalent difference. The evaluating results are thus obtained through such an evaluation. The calculation results show that the present method is effective and applicable to forecast the classification of susceptible degree of land subsidence on multiplefactor quantitatively, which lends the support for control planning for land subsidence.
