基于MicroStation的山东省地理国情调查核查系统应用分析

摘要:

第一次全国地理国情普查已在全国范围开展，普查涉及面广，采集指标细致，普查信息量较大，采用传统纸质图无法满足作业需求。该文结合作业需求，基于Microstation研究开发地图浏览、数据采集、数据编辑，GPS信息采集、预警提醒等功能模块，设计一套适宜外业调查核查的解决方案，通过套合高分辨率正射影像，对普查数据进行快速采集、编辑与核查。该系统在东营区全国地理国情普查试点项目一定范围进行了试验，较好的验证了系统的可行性。

Abstract:

The first geographical conditions census has been carried out in the whole country. It covers a wide range, detailed indicators and larger amount of information. Traditional paper map can not meet the needs of the job. In this paper, based on microstation research and development, data collection, data editing, GPS information collection, early warning and other functional modules, a set of solutions which are suitable for external industry investigation and verification have been designed. The system has been tested in a certain range of National Geographic National Conditions in Dongying District, and the feasibility of the system is verified.
