Contradiction and Countermeasures of Multiple Planning Integration in Yantai City

以烟台市为例，总结了现行国民经济与社会发展规划、土地利用规划、城乡规划和其他空间规划存在的差异，分析了现阶段“多规”实践中存在的突出矛盾，从体制、技术、程序层面研究解决对策，为下一步开展“多规合一”工作提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking Yantai city as an example, differences among the current national economic and social development planning, land use planning, urban and rural planning and other space planning have been summarized. In combination with working practices, the contradiction occurred in " multiple planning " at present has been analyzed. From the view of system, technology and program, countermeasures have been put forward. It will provide some references for carrying out multiple planning integration in the future.
