Design of Yantai Land Records Management System

摘要:

烟台市国土档案信息系统利用虚拟化的网络优势、智能化的检索手段和先进的技术建设实现了档案信息的数字化。一方面将现有档案，包括各种纸质档案、照片档案、声像档案等进行数字化处理；另一方面收集整理工作过程中形成的大量的电子文件档案，这种收集可以是文本、图形、图像、声音、视频等各种形式，并将档案信息与国土资源局的办公业务相关联。系统建设将档案信息进行集中统一管理，实现档案和图形的相互查询，方便、准确、及时地提供系统的档案信息资源，真正实现档案信息资源的共享，提高工作效率。

Abstract:

By using network advantages of virtualization, intelligent retrieval means and advanced construction technology, digital archives information has been realized in Yantai archives information system of land and resources. On the one hand, the existing files, including all kinds of paper files, photo archives, audio and video files have been digitalized, on the other hand, a large number of electronic documents have been formed in the process. This collection can be text, graphics, images, audio, video and other various forms. Then file information can be connected with office business of the bureau of land and resources. Archives information system construction can realize centralization and unifed management of fiels, realize mutual query of files and graphics, provide systematic archives information resources conveniently, accuratly and timely, truly realize the file information resources sharing, and improve the work efficiency.
