中国稀土资源开发利用现状问题及建议——以白云鄂博矿南方七省离子型吸附矿冕宁矿为例

Present Condition Problems and Suggestions of Development and Utilization of Rare Earth in China——Setting Mianning Deposit which is a Ion Adsorption Deposit in Baiyun'ebo Mine as an Example in Seven Provinces in Southern China

摘要:

基于我国稀土储量逐年锐减的趋势，以白云鄂博矿、南方七省离子型吸附矿、冕宁矿为例分析了中国稀土资源的开发利用现状，以及稀土产业存在的核心技术缺乏、产业链纵向发展不足、环境破坏等问题。为此，我国应加强专业人才的培养，增强合作交流；健全管理体系，明确管理职责；走环境为主，合理开发利用资源的可持续发展之路。并对我国稀土资源的发展方向提出了对策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the decreasing trend of rare earth reserves year by year in China, setting Baiyun'ebo deposit, ion adsorption deposit in seven provinces in southern China and Mianning deposit as examples, prsent condition of the development and utilization of rare earth resources in China, the lack of core technologies, insufficient development longitudinal directionin industrial chain and environmental damage have been analyzed. It is regarded that cultivation of professional talents should be enhanced, cooperation and exchange should be strengthenedm, management system should be improved and management responsibilities should be determined. Sustainable development and reasonable exploration of mineral resources should be carried out to protect the environment. The development direction of rare earth resources in China has been discussed as well.
