浅析临沂市兰山区“多规合一”

Analysis on “Multiple Planning Integration” in Lanshan District of Linyi City

摘要:

目前，在我国以土地利用总体规划、城乡规划、经济社会发展规划为主体的各项规划间存在矛盾冲突，严重制约了地方经济的发展。该文通过阐述临沂市兰山区“多规合一”面临的问题，系统分析了各规划的现状和衔接情况，结合兰山区实际，提出了相应的对策建议，对当前正在开展的“多规合一”工作具有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:

At present, there are some contradictions in the various plannings which base on general land use plan, urban comprehensive plan and the social and economic development in our country, which have restricted the development of local economy. In this paper, through analysis on problems occurred in "multiple planning integration" in Lanshan district of Linyi city, present condition and connection of all plans have been analyzed as well. Combining with practical circumstances in Lanshan district, some suggestions have been put forward to improve “multiple planning integration”. It has some good references for carrying out the project of "multiple planning integration" .
