摘要:

传统的土地登记工作受时间和空间因素的影响，严重制约着工作效率的提高。该文在整合、规范传统土地登记业务流程的基础上，基于互联网、工作流等先进的技术，建立面向公众的土地登记综合业务系统，突破了时间和空间的限制，实现了随时随地进行业务办理和查询，用短信通知的形式把业务办理中的关键信息通知给用户。该系统还创新性地采用二维码对土地证书进行加密，有效地提高了土地登记工作效率。

Abstract:

Traditional land registration is affected by time and space. It restricts the improvement of work efficiency. In this paper, based on the integration and standard of traditional land registration process, the public oriented comprehensive land registration system has been built based on the Internet, workflow and other advanced technology. It breaks the limits of time and space, and make the business management and query whenever and wherever possibly. This system sends the key information to the users by using SMS notification. The innovation of this system lies in using the twodimensional code on the land certificate to encrypt it. This system can effectively improve land registration work efficiency.
