Geological Characteristics and Ore Prospecting Direction of Xiagou Iron Deposit in Yiyuan County

摘要:

下沟铁矿位于中朝准地台鲁西断隆东部边缘，沂沭断裂带西侧，为一中型鞍山式铁矿床。矿体赋存于泰山岩群雁翎关岩组变质岩系中，该组为一套基性超基性海底火山喷发沉积建造。矿体分布面积0.27km2，走向长225～1240m，最大控制斜深422m，TFe平均品位35.49%，品位变化均匀，矿体由多个带状矿层组成，后期岩体侵入分割成3个矿段。矿石自然类型为细粒条带状磁铁石英角闪岩型，矿石铁品位较高，具有较大的经济价值和科研价值。

Abstract:

Xiagou iron deposit is located in eastern edge of Sino Korean paraplatform in Luxi uplift, and west part of Yishu fault zone. It is a mediumsized Anshan type iron deposit. The ore bodies occurred in metamorphic rocks of Yanlingguan formation in Taishan group. It is a set of basicultrabasic submarine volcano sedimentary formation. Distribution square of ore bodies is 0.27km2, the length is 225~1240m, the maximum oblique depth is 422m, average grade of TFe is 35.49%, and grade changes uniformly. Ore bodies are composed of some banded layers. Intrusive rocks in late period can be divided into 3 ore sections. Natural types of ore bodies are fine banded magnetite quartz amphibolite type. Ore grade is rather high with great economic value and scientific research value.
