    摘要:

    近年来,等离子体发射光谱发展迅速,并得到了广泛应用。测试元素广、线性范围宽、稳定性好等优良性能吸引了越来越多的分析人员,但较强的基体效应却带来很大不便。该文将加标回归外延法应用于等离子体光谱中,可以大大减少仪器对标准物质的依赖、降低基体效应、增强曲线的可靠性、提高数据的精度、扩大仪器适用范围,也可用于排查日常工作中出现的问题、更深入了解仪器性能,提升测试水平。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, plasma emission spectrum has rapidly developed and widely used. It has excellent performance of many kinds of test elements, wide linear range and good stability . But strong matrix effects have caused great inconvenience. In this paper, stand addition regression epitaxy has been applied in spiked plasma spectrum. It can greatly reduce the dependence of the instrument to standard materials, reduce the matrix effects, enhance the reliability curve, improve data accuracy, and expand the scope of application of the instrument. It also can be used for reducing problems appeared in daily work, know the instrument performance deeply and improve the test level.
