Abstract:

Shandong province is a big province of mining industry. Financing projects of mining rights will be more and more in the future. in order to avoid the possible financing risks, land and resources management departments should establish the open, fair, transparent market of mining rights, carry out the financing record business of mining rights step by step, provide necessary information for financing party, and faithfully perform their duties.
