Study on Ownership Surveying Method of Rural Homestead Use Right in Huimin County

摘要:

按照国家要求，将要全面完成农村集体土地的确权登记发证工作，而权属调查是集体土地使用权确权登记发证的关键环节。通过对试点区—幸福新村的权属调查，阐述了惠民县集体土地使用权确权登记发证权属调查方法，从中摸索出了集体土地使用权权属调查的一套技术路线，对今后全面开展此类工作有较好的参考作用。

Abstract:

In accordance with national requirements, registration and certification work of rural collective land will be fully completed. Ownership surveying is the key of registration and certification of land use right. Through investigation on the ownership of Xingfuxincun in Huimin county, ownership surveying method of collective land in land right registration and certification work has been introduced. A set of technical routeIt of investigating ownership of collective land has been studied. It will provide a good reference for fully carrying out such work in the future.
