Abstract:Based on full respect of farmers, the work of increasing agricultural using land and decreasing rural construction using land has been carried out normally and orderly, the work of "two districts should be constructed at the same time" has been carried out in order to promote the development of new urbanization. Through establishing the working mode of sectoral coordination to promote the work mechanism, do a good job in publicity, a high starting point of scientific planning, economical and intensive utilization of land has been promoted, new urbanization construction has been improved, the development of modern agriculture be promoted, and effectively the local urban and rural integration process be promoted.
