Abstract:Under the background of stable growth, structure adjustment, domestic demand expansion, concentrated land use has become urgent affairs. In accordance with industrial policy strictly, strengthening rural collective construction land transfer, implementing urban and rural construction using land, land use efficiency has been imroved and the economical and intensive use of land has been promoted. But there still occurrs some problems, such as land saving and intensive use level is not high and land space organizational forms is relatively backward. Thus, land management should be carried out strictly, the mode of land use should be optimized and the intensive use of land should be strengthened.
