Several Problems Which Should be Paid More Attention to Unused Land in Northern Coast in Binzhou City

滨州市北部沿海地区土地资源丰富，未利用地较多且集中连片，具有很大的开发利用价值。深入分析滨州市北部沿海地区未利用地特点和近几年开发利用现状，提出开发中应注意加快土地利用的总体规划修编和各专项规划的衔接、抓紧开展土地利用集约评价工作、招商引资与以地选商并重、创新开发模式实行高效开发等问题，充分利用地区优势做好滨州市未利用地开发工作。

Abstract:

Land resource is rich in the northern coastal area of Binzhou city, and unused land is more and concentrated with great value of exploitation and utilization. Through depth analysis on characteristics of unused land and present condition of development and utilization in northern coastal areas in Binzhou city in recent years, it is proposed that overall planning revision of land use and the connection of special planning should be paid more attention, land intensive use evaluation work should be carried out immediately, investment and business choosing should be paid equal attention, and development mode should be innovated to get efficient results. Regional advantages should be made full use to develope unused land in Binzhou city.
