测量标志是我国经济建设和国防建设的基础设施，是国家的宝贵财富。对测量标志用地进行确权登记发证，是依法保护测量标志的重要基础工作。以郯城县测量标志用地权属登记发证工作为例，通过对测量标志用地权属的分析研究，制定不同的确权登记流程和方法，对测量标志用地确权登记发证具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Measurement marks are the basic facilities of economic and national defense construction. It is a national treasure. Land registration certification of measurement marks using land is an important basic work in accordance with the law protection of surveying markers. Taking Tancheng county survey mark of land ownership registration certification as an example, based on analysis and study on the ownership of measurement marks using land, registration process and different methods have been made. It will have some reference significance for land registration certification of measurement marks using land.
