阐述了地理信息系统的基本涵义，并结合蒙阴县当地实际，分析整理了地理信息系统在土地资源管理各个方面工作的应用情况，对地理信息系统在国土领域的未来发展趋势进行了展望，对推广县级地理信息系统应用具有一定的交流意义。

Abstract:

Basic meaning of geographic information system has been introduced in this paper. Combing with the actual condition in Mengyin county, application of GIS in land and resource management in all aspects has been analyzed. The future development trend of geographic information system in the field of land and resources has been expected. It will provide some references for promoting the application of geographic information system.
