高喷灌浆防渗加固技术在菏泽茅庄煤矿主斜井的应用

摘要:

透水事故是煤矿安全生产的主要隐患之一，不仅造成生命威胁，也会带来巨大的经济损失。菏泽茅庄煤矿主斜井穿越含水量十分丰富的流砂地层，亟待进行喷浆防渗加固。该文介绍了菏泽茅庄煤矿主斜井的高喷灌浆防渗加固的工程概况、旋喷桩施工设计、施工方法，以期为相关研究、生产工作提供一定的施工思路。

Abstract:

Water inrush accident is one of the major hazards in safety production of coal mines. It will not only cause life threaten, but also will bring huge economic loss. Main shaft of Maozhuang coal mine will pass through flowing sand stratum with rich water resource, and gunite impervious reinforcement should be carried out. In this paper, general construction situation, design and construction method of high pressure jet grouting impervious reinforcement in main shaft in Maozhuang coal mine have been introduced. It will provide some references for relative study and production work.
