沂南县农用地整治潜力分析

Potentiality of Farmland Consolidation and Rehabilitation in Yinan

摘要:

土地整治潜力是指在一定生产力水平下，针对一定区域范围内某种特定的土地用途，通过采取工程、生物和技术措施，所能增加可利用土地面积，提高土地质量、降低土地利用成本的程度。该文通过对沂南县土地利用现状和后备资源调查数据分析，以2011年基期年变更调查数据为基础，以乡镇为组织单位，以行政村为测算单元，采用全面调查和实地调研测算的方法，分析确定沂南县土地整治潜力情况。

Abstract:

Potentiality of land consolidation and rehabilitation refers to the degree of increasing land quality and decreasing the cost of land use under a certain productivity, pointing to some special land use in a certain scope, and by means of engineering, biology and technical measures. Through analysis on present condition of land use and reserve survey, regarding the changing data of land utilization in the base year (2011), taking each town as an organization unit, each administrative village as a measuring unit, by using the method of complete survey and field measurement, the potentiality of land consolidation and rehabilitation in Yinan county has been analyzed and determined.
