Abstract:Heat pump technology has been applied in developing shallow geothermal energy in Lubei region since 2001, but shallow geothermal energy resources assessment work in this region is seriously lagging behind, which has restricted development and reasonable utilization of shallow geothermal energy resources in this area. In order to promote the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Lubei region, the provincial government come up with special funds to carry out shallow geothermal resource evaluation. In the early period, on the basis of surveying present condition of development and utilization and geological conditions, by using AHP method, groundwater heat exchanger and heat exchanger by the development and utilization of appropriate zoning have been carried out. Shallow geothermal capacity in the area and available heat have been calculated as well. By using volume method, thermal storage capacity of the shallow geothermal areas have been calculated, shallow geothermal capacity in Lubei area is 29.386×1015kJ/ ℃. According to the result of appropriate zoning, respectively, available heat transfer of suitable areas and more suitable areas of groundwater type and underground pipe type source heat pump have been calculated respectively. The ground source heat pump can be used to change a heat of 0.8489×1010kW·h below 200m, while underground pipe type source heat pump can exchanger a heat of 6.5261×1012kW·hbelow 200m.
