Abstract:In rural land consolidation, land ownership management is the basis of protecting legitimate rights of obligees and ensuring the smooth progress of rural land consolidation. Therefore, it is very necessary to straighten and strengthen rural land ownership management. In this paper, 66 land consolidation projects and some projects relating with the increase of urban construction land and the decrease of rural residential area from 2006 to 2011 have been investigated and studied. Present condition of land ownership management has been analyzed. Combining with practical problems in works, relative countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward in order to set a good example in further researches on land consolidation and ownership administration.
