Abstract:By using geographic information technology to innovate supervision requirements of land and resources, post approval supervision of construction land has been strengthened by Weihai Bureau of Land and Resources. It can effectively safeguard land use in accordance with the law, promote land conservation and intensive use. In this paper, construction goal and principles of the post approval supervision system have been introduced, the overall framework and functional design of postapproval supervision system have been discussed, and the main characteristics of the system have been introduced as well. Combining with the application of post approval supervision of construction using land, experiences in the application of post approval supervision of construction using land have been summarized.
