摘要:

《山东国土资源》网络采编系统，实行在线投稿、审稿、稿件修改、进度查询等工作流程。实现了从收稿、审稿、编辑加工的计算机网络化管理和流程控制，完成了作者、审稿专家、编辑及读者之间的实时信息传递，缩短了工作环节的处理时间。分析了网络采编系统使用过程中的问题，提出合理化建议，规范了工作程序，提高了工作效率。

Abstract:

Shandong Land and Resources network editing system is implementing online contribution, peer review, manuscript modification and schedule query workflow. Thus, editing and processing of computer network management from receiving manuscripts, proofreading and manuscripts editing and process control have been realized, the delivery of realtime information among writers, expert reviewers, editors and readers has been completed, the processing time of various aspects of the work has been shortened, work procedures have been standardized, and the work efficiency has been improved. But during the using process, there are still some problems, such as difficult transformation of readers' consciousness, information registration and upload manuscripts are not standardized, less reasonable reviewer database structure and system abnormalities. Through analysis on reaction and problems encountered in the process, reasonable suggestions have been put forward.
