Abstract:On the basis of collecting isotopic ages of ore deposit and associated rock in Jiaodong area, origin of large scale mineralization system in this area has been analyzed comprehensively. It is showed that the peak of gold mineralization in Jiaodong area is 110~130Ma, and mineralization is synchronous or slightly lags behind the formation time of the Mesozoic granites. Tanlu fault belt is a major fault zones in North China, and translational activity is the most significant in 110~150Ma. Thus, the activity of Tanlu fault zone play a very important role in forming large scale gold deposits.Jiaodong gold mineralization concentrated area is the result of many factors.
