Abstract:Doing land and resources petition work well should not only resolve the reasonable demands of the masses as the first task of the work, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests, but also to coordinate the various interests, and truly do petition work process into the masses to solve problems, ease mood of the masses, to resolve social conflicts in the process, become close party and government contact with the masses, and promote social harmony and development process. In this paper, focusing on the problems occurred in land and resources petition work, opinions and suggestions have been put forward on how to deal with the petition events.
