不动产统一登记制度探析

Study on Unified Registration System of Real Estate

摘要:

为了落实《物权法》，年初，国家明确要建立不动产统一登记制度，有效保护不动产权利人的合法财产权，保障不动产交易安全。作为一项国家基础性制度建设，意义重大。该文针对目前不动产登记的状况，对不动产统一登记制度的难点及统一登记机构进行了探讨，以期为不动产统一登记制度建设提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

In order to implement the "Property Law", at the beginning of this year, our country clearly establish a unified real property registration system in order to effectively protect property rights of the legitimate property rights, and gurantee the safety of real estate transactions. As a national institutional infrastructure, it has great significance. In this paper, present condition of real estate registration, unified registration system for real difficulties and uniform registration agencies have been discussed with a view to provide a useful reference for the construction of immovable uniform registration system .
