Abstract:By using four methods, such as HCl-HNO3-HF- HClO4, HCl-HNO3-HF- H2SO4,HCl-HNO3-HF-HClO4 and HCl-HNO3-HF- H2SO4 exposure and microwave digestion of solution, using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) to determine, the method has been established for the determination of potassium, sodium, iron titanium calcium, magnesium, barium, strontium, zinc and other elements at the same time. The best instrument conditions and the analytical spectral lines for determination by using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer have been selected, and the effect of titanium, iron matrix, solution acidity and soluble minerals extracted residue have been studied as well. As showed by experimental results, by using HCl-HNO3-HF- HClO4 open solution, it has some advantages as low limit of detection, high sensitivity, simple operation and rapid speed. Data agree well with the recommended values determined by using this method. The precision can meet the demand of“Test Quality Management Standard of Geological Laboratory”.
