基于3D Max的竣工测量成果的三维表达

摘要:

竣工测量是建设项目规划审批的最终环节之一,竣工测量成果的三维表达充分利用固有竣工测量工作取得的测量成果并同步建立三维竣工图，与规划的三维模型形成对照，便于直观判断建设与规划报批符合情况。三维成果可以监管本地数据，利于今后的违章加盖建筑执法，同时可以作为重要数据源为三维数字城市建设添砖加瓦。在分析竣工测量三维表现的必要性的基础上，介绍利用3DMax表达竣工测量成果的步骤和方法，并以厦门工商旅游学校的三维竣工图为例，展示竣工测量三维表达的实现效果与应用前景。

Abstract:

Completion measurement is the final step of planning and approval for construction projects. three-dimensional models results of completion measurement is to to completely use surveying results to make synchronous three-dimensional completion construction map. Compared with the models made in planning period can make sure wether they are the same or not. Three-dimensional models can monitor local data, which will help in the future enforcement of illegal buildings, and also can be the important data source of the three-dimensional digital city. Therefor, on the basis of analyzing the necessity of three-dimensional performance of construction survey, the steps and methods of making three-dimensional models have been introduced in this paper. Setting the construction surveying results of Xiamen Commerce and Tourism School as an example, effects of the three-dimensional models and prospect have been showed.
