摘要:

安徽省第二次土地调查省级农村土地调查数据库管理系统是第二次农村土地调查的延续，开发该系统的目的是有效充分地利用第二次农村土地调查成果及每年一次的县级农村土地调查变更成果开展国土执法检查等日常业务，为领导层的宏观决策提供依据。主要介绍了该系统的总体思路、总体框架；系统建设中的主要步骤、省级数据库的发布；系统部署的网络结构图；系统的应用。

Abstract:

Land survey database management system of Anhui Provincial Rural second land survey is the continuation of the second rural land survey. Development of the system can use rural land survey results and the annual county[CD*2]level rural land changing land survey results fully and effectively to carried out inspection of law enforcement and other daily business, provide basis for macroeconomic policy[CD*2]making by leaders. In this paper, total thoughts, overall framework, main steps of system construction, provincial database publishing, system deployment network structure and system application have been introduced.
