如何尽快解决铁路土地确权中的疑难问题，是摆在铁路用地管理部门面前的一个重要课题。通过多年与铁路土地“打交道”积累的经验得出：铁路用地管理中地籍管理是基础，注重确权、完善权属资料是关键，二者良好的结合才能管好、用好铁路土地。故在铁路土地管理过程中，应想尽一切办法，妥善解决好铁路用地确权的遗留问题。

Abstract:

How to solve the problems occurred in confirmation of the railway land ownership as soon as possible is very important for the railway land management departments. Through experiences gained in railway land management in many years, it is regarded that cadastral management is the basis of railway land management, emphasis on land right confirmation and improving the ownership information is the key. Good combination of the two aspects can make good use of railway land. Therefore, in Railway land management process, problems left over in the confirmation of railway land right should be properly solved.
